POLICIES

WE GET IT- INJURIES, SCHEDULES, AND LIFE HAPPENS. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHERS WHO HAVE FOUND THEMSELVES IN A SIMILAR SITUATION. THE FOLLOWING IS HOW WE LIKE TO HANDLE THESE THINGS.

In the event of sudden injury:

An athlete or guardian should reach out to inform us immediately and we will place a freeze related to injury on athlete's account.

Should the extent of the injury not be debilitating, athlete can still participate in training with us in lieu of having to place a freeze on their memberships; as exercises can be adapted according to athletes comfort and ability.

Missed classes:

Athlete access is available for the entirety of the month, and use of allotted classes is flexible upon athlete discretion. Should an athlete reserve a class space and not attend (or check-in) without prior notice, it is the responsibility of the athlete to cancel their reservation to preserve their class credit for later use that cycle. Remaining class credits left unused at the end of the billing cycle will not carry over to the following month, nor will they warrant "make-ups" at any time past that current billing cycle.

High School Season:

Each athlete has the option to freeze their membership. This allows all class history, progress, and remaining class access for the billing cycle to be preserved. When you're ready to reactivate, let us know and we un-freeze your membership to pick up right where you left off.

Membership Termination:

Upon request for membership termination, athlete will have class access until the billing date. Following billing date, access to classes will be unavailable until a new initiation fee and membership has been selected. Termination can be reversed as long as request is made prior to the end of the cycle. Option to terminate can also be deferred to a membership freeze, pending request of athlete and/or guardian.
