60-Minute Group Classes
Sessions are specially designed for young volleyball athletes in 7th grade and up OR playing on a 13's team. Strength and performance training for athletes who desire to achieve success. Aimed to improve exercise technique, promote proper form application and sports injury prevention to further achieve athletic longevity.

We have added some 30 minute options before and after practice. This option lightens the load for parents by saving a trip to the facility and is a lower price point. Lastly it offers teams a chance to train together while they improve their strength and power.

An elite program designed to improve performance for high school volleyball athletes. When does my account get billed?
For monthly recurring memberships, the card on file will be billed each month on the day the membership was activated.
How do I sign up for classes?
Reserve your space for class ahead of time using the member app. That way we can expect you and have all the equipment prepared before you get to class!
Is there a penalty if I have to cancel my class session?
Absolutely not! We understand that things happen. If this does occur, please resign yourself from your original class sign-up on the member app.
How can I make changes to my account?
Membership account changes can be made per request. Should you need to cancel your membership, we ask to be notified within 5 days notice of the next billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?
At WAVE Agility & Strength, we work hard to provide high-quality training with limited spots available. To keep our scheduling fair and consistent for all athletes, please note the following: 1. All Sales Are Final. All session packages, memberships, and single sessions are non-refundable. This applies once payment has been processed, regardless of whether sessions have been scheduled or attended. 2. Transfers. If you are unable to use your sessions, you may transfer them to another athlete at no additional charge before the expiration date. To initiate a transfer, please contact us at info@waveagilityandstrength.com. 3. Scheduling Changes & Holds. We understand schedules can change. If you notify us at least 5 days before your package expires, we may offer a one-time hold for medical or family emergencies. Why This Policy Exists: Our programs operate with small coach-to-athlete ratios, and spots are reserved in advance. This policy ensures we can plan staffing, provide consistent service to all athletes, and keep our pricing fair.
What training model does WAVE Agility & Strength use?
We base our training around the “Long Term Athletic Development” (LTAD) model, which is aimed to help athletes optimize training at a rate appropriate for their age, experience, and changes in growth. We believe that short term fixes do not elicit the desired results, making them a waste of your investment. We all want to improve jumping skills and speed. With that comes the need for a strong foundation of Fitness, Flexibility, Strength, Stability and motor control. An overemphasis of a particular skill or movement is likely to lead to imbalance, overuse, burnout, and create more problems than it solves. We look at four ways to challenge an athlete on a progressive program. As they acquire skills we can elicit change with an increase in: Volume, Intensity, Duration, and Complexity.
