Sessions are paired to team practice day- M / W or T / Th @ 7:15 - 7:45 PM (30 minute sessions)

The Boys Club Training Program is specially designed for High School aged boys (15+) to teach high level athletes how to train properly for elite level competition. A key to jumping higher, moving quicker, and hitting harder as an individual- while establishing camaraderie in training amongst teammates. This program puts our athletes to work, demanding power, drive and intention for an efficient period of time, contributing to elevated performance success and work ethic through long-term program participation.
