WAVE Agility & Strength training memberships offered in a monthly or punch card format. Sessions are specially designed for young volleyball athletes in 7th grade and Up OR playing on a 13's team.
Strength and performance training for athletes who desire to achieve success. Aimed to improve exercise technique, promote proper form application and sports injury prevention to further achieve athletic longevity.

While a regular commitment and consistency in our programs are highly recommended to achieve the best performance and athletic results, we do understand that life can be chaotic sometimes. We have created punch cards so you are able to train with us as much as you'd like; whenever you'd like.
