We are offering another option to help get athletes in for their Agility and Strength training.
We will continue to offer 60 minute classes for athletes Monday-Saturday. Additionally we have added a 30 minute option on scheduled practice days at 5:45 PM, 7:15 PM, and 7:45 PM. Our recommendation is to aim for two sessions a week.

This option lightens the load for parents by saving a trip to the facility and is a lower price point. Lastly it offers teams a chance to train together while they improve their strength and power.

WAVE Agility & Strength training memberships offered in a punch card format. Sessions are specially designed for young volleyball athletes.
Strength and performance training for athletes who desire to achieve success. Aimed to improve exercise technique, promote proper form application and sports injury prevention to further achieve athletic longevity.
