Training sessions offered throughout each week following an "open" model for ease of schedule. Sign-up for the preferred class time, based around what works best for you. Any class, any day, just reserve your spot ahead of time (preferred w/in 24hrs).

Classes can only be reserved on app, but membership and details can be seen on the portal.

SIGN-UP FOR A CLASS

  1. Simply choose Membership option.

  2. Set up member profile for athlete.

  3. Log in to the Member Portal, or download the PushPress Member App for ease of future use and full access to current and future class options!
