Special training opportunity for adults, retired athletes still striving for competitive group fitness setting, or those who might want to get into/remain in shape. Starting promptly at indicated times, we get in, do work, and crush our goals.
Monday / Wednesday / Friday @ 5:45 AM / 12:00 PM
Our adult fitness classes are considered semi-private group training. Each session style varies to include circuit, HIIT, mobility, strength, and functional fitness types. Our sessions are available to any adult.
Training sessions offered throughout each week following an "open" model for ease of schedule. Sign-up for the preferred class time, based around what works best for you. Any class, any day, just reserve your spot ahead of time (preferred w/in 24hrs).
