WAVE Agility & Strength unique training opportunity for youth athletes! Specially designed to create a fundamental basis of healthy fitness practices, for long-term athletic achievement. 

1-week and 2-week options available to work with your schedule!*

Already a WAVE Agility & Strength athlete? Amazing! We appreciate you choosing us to help you achieve athletic and performance success. You can continue participating in training with us through the summer with your existing membership plan and perks at no additional cost!

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Training sessions offered throughout each week following an "open" model for ease of schedule. Sign-up for the preferred class time, based around what works best for you. Any class, any day, just reserve your spot ahead of time (preferred w/in 24hrs). Perfect for the jam-packed, sun & fun-filled California summer schedules for our athletes and their families.
