Starting March 3rd, we’re launching our HYROX Program at WAVE Volleyball in Del Mar. This high-energy class is perfect for adults looking to level up their fitness with a unique blend of strength, endurance, and functional training.
HYROX combines running with functional fitness challenges like sled pushes, rowing, and sandbag carries. It’s designed for all fitness levels—whether you’re just starting or a seasoned athlete.

A former WAVE VB Youth Alum and nationally ranked Muay Thai champion, Coach Carleigh brings over a decade of athletic and coaching experience to the Hyrox Del Mar team. With a focus on functional strength and performance longevity, she’s dedicated to helping adult athletes reach their full potential.

While a regular commitment and consistency in our programs are highly recommended to achieve the best performance and athletic results, we do understand that life can be chaotic sometimes. We want to create opportunities for you to be able to train with us as much as you'd like; whenever you'd like. Hopefully these packages will allow that for you.
Strength and performance training for athletes who desire to achieve success. Aimed to improve exercise technique, promote proper form application and sports injury prevention to further achieve athletic longevity.
There's no limit to how many or how few training session you can attend per week!
